Caring for this historic property and its mineral-rich waters is a privilege we hold dear. After several years of effort, we’re thrilled to announce that Indian Hot Springs has been approved for Colorado's Historical Grant! Starting in 2025, a team of Historical Experts will create a detailed plan to carefully restore and enhance Indian Hot Springs while preserving its history.
Looking ahead to 2026 and beyond, planned improvements include:
● New water systems and outdoor pools plus kid-friendly areas
● Upgraded electrical and water lines
● Upgraded mechanical systems
● Enhanced accommodations
● And many more exciting surprises that we can’t wait to share!
