The holiday season comes alive in historic downtown Idaho Springs! Spend the afternoon exploring our locally owned shops, discovering one-of-a-kind gifts, and enjoying festive specials from downtown businesses. Starting at 3 PM, the magic begins with visits from Santa and live reindeer, bringing a little North Pole wonder to the heart of the Rockies! At 4 PM, warm up with free hot cocoa in the park as friends, families, and neighbors gather to celebrate the season. As the evening settles in, join us for the beloved community Christmas tree lighting, filling downtown with twinkling lights and holiday cheer. From festive traditions to small-town charm, Friday is the perfect way to kick off the holidays and make magical mountain memories!

5:30 PM: Story Time with the Mayor and Santa at Club Hotel
